Join us at the Blyth Branch for Tech Time support to receive one-on-one help with library e-resources, your devices, and/or your email account.

Lessons are limited to the technical knowledge of library staff.

South Huron Strides

10:00 AM | 94 Victoria St E, Exeter

Start your Tuesdays with a refreshing guided walk along the scenic MacNaughton-Morrison Trail. This program is open to all fitness levels, making it a great way to stay active at your own pace.

Participants also have the option to try Urban Poling walking poles—an excellent way to add a gentle, full-body workout while improving stability and support.

Meet at MacNaughton Park at 10:00 AM.  This program runs Tuesdays from May 5th - September 29th, weather permitting.

Youth Tennis Program

4:30 PM | 145 Victoria St E, Exeter

Our Youth Tennis Program offers a fun, inclusive, and active environment for participants ages 10–12 to learn and develop their tennis skills. Through a combination of engaging drills, games, and introductory match play, participants will build fundamental skills such as hand-eye coordination, movement, and racquet control.

Designed for all skill levels, this program is perfect for beginners as well as those looking to improve their technique and confidence on the court. Emphasis is placed on skill development, sportsmanship, and having fun in a supportive group setting.

This program runs on Tuesday evenings beginning May 26 - June 23 from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM and takes place at the South Huron Multipurpose Courts located at 145 Victoria St E, Exeter. The cost of registration is $75.00.  To register please complete the Youth Tennis Program Registration Form. Completed forms can be sent to communityservices@southhuron.ca.

Curbside Food Drive - Exeter

Curbside Food Drive

Sponsored by  South Huron Fire Department

Tuesday June 16th, 2026 at 6:30pm

On Tuesday, the 16th, the South Huron Firefighters will canvas Exeter for non-perishable food items for the Exeter Community Food Bank.

Please set your donations on the curb by 6:30pm; they will be picked up by 9pm. 

Financial donations should be in a sealed envelope; if you would like a tax receipt please include your name and address or email. Cheques payable to Exeter Community Food Bank.

E-Transfers are also accepted (send to exeterfoodbank1@gmail.com)

Youth Lawn Bowling Open House

Here's your chance to find out if Lawn Bowling is the sport for you.  Youth between the age of 9 and 17 are welcome to come give lawn bowling a try for free on Wednesday's after school in June.  Registered coaches will be on hand to provide instruction in how the game is played.  The only is requirement is that participants wear flat soled shoes like sneakers to play.  For those who wish to join there will a 9 week program offered on Wednesday mornings.  The 9 week program has a $20 registration fee.

Stewardship in Hay Swamp

Come enjoy & protect nature! Volunteer with Hay Swamp Stewards and help to preserve and enhance habitat in one of Ontario’s
most important wetlands. Our team plants native species, manages invasive species, conducts citizen science and more, all while enjoying time spent in the great outdoors. Badminton

6:30 PM | 92 Gidley Street East, Exeter ON

The badminton program takes place on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM from September 17th, 2025 to June 17th, 2026. The program is designed for participants ages 14 and over and takes place in the large gym at the South Huron District Highschool located at 92 Gidley Street East in Exeter. 

The cost per play is $3.00, please bring exact change.

Nets and birdies are provided, please bring your own racquet.
