Our Youth Tennis Program offers a fun, inclusive, and active environment for participants ages 10–12 to learn and develop their tennis skills. Through a combination of engaging drills, games, and introductory match play, participants will build fundamental skills such as hand-eye coordination, movement, and racquet control.

Designed for all skill levels, this program is perfect for beginners as well as those looking to improve their technique and confidence on the court. Emphasis is placed on skill development, sportsmanship, and having fun in a supportive group setting.

This program runs on Tuesday evenings beginning May 26 - June 23 from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM and takes place at the South Huron Multipurpose Courts located at 145 Victoria St E, Exeter. The cost of registration is $75.00.  To register please complete the Youth Tennis Program Registration Form. Completed forms can be sent to communityservices@southhuron.ca.

Join us at the Alice Munro Branch for weekly Tai Chi sessions, all skill levels welcome!

This program is run by community volunteers and is a drop-in program, for adults and seniors.

No registration is necessary.

Book a 30-min session to get help with how to use library e-resources, your new device, and/or your email account. Registration required. Please contact the branch to register. 

Join us on Wednesday afternoons beginning June 3rd - August 19th from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Dashwood Community Centre Pavilion for Lawn Games and Lemonade!  Enjoy a refreshing glass of lemonade while participating in a game of corn hole, magnetic lawn darts, ladderball, bocce ball, or bean bag toss.  The cost is $3.00.  No preregistration required.

Please note: the program will not run on June 17 or July 1, 2026.

The badminton program takes place on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM from September 17th, 2025 to June 17th, 2026. The program is designed for participants ages 14 and over and takes place in the large gym at the South Huron District Highschool located at 92 Gidley Street East in Exeter. 

The cost per play is $3.00, please bring exact change.

Nets and birdies are provided, please bring your own racquet.

FREE program for Parents/Caregivers & infants 0-12 months. Join us to connect with other families and EarlyON Facilitators, sing interactive songs and chat about topics of interest to parents with young infants.

Drop into the Blyth Branch each Thursday for an evening of cards. Play a familiar game of cards, or learn a new one, and have some fun at the library!

This program is for Teens 13+ and Adults.

This is a Drop-in program. No registration is necessary.

Get ready to splash, play, and cool off at our Water Play Palooza PD Day activities! Join us at the Crediton Community Centre Pavilion on Friday June 5th from 9:00AM - 12:00PM for a morning packed with lawn games, sport activities, parachute games and exciting water games and activities including sprinklers, water balloons, and more summer fun! 

Please note, children must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver. No pre-registration required. The cost is $3 per caregiver & child.

Bring your friends, wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet, and get ready for a fun-filled morning!
