Event Details:

Take a break from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a peaceful Group Meditation & Sound Bowl Session on Sunday June 28th at 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM at Port Blake Day Park (71111 Bluewater Hwy, Grand Bend).  The session is designed to help you relax, reset, and recharge. Experience the soothing vibrations of sound bowls paired with guided meditation in a calming atmosphere.

Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced in mindfulness practices, all are welcome.  The cost of registration is $22.60. To register, complete the Sound & Stillness Registration Form.  Completed forms can be sent to communityservices@southhuron.ca.
