Mourning Walking Group
This contemplative walking group invites individuals who are grieving any type of loss to spend time in nature, find moments of reflection, and connect with others who understand the journey of grief. Whether you prefer quiet contemplation or gentle conversation, participants are welcome to walk at their own pace in a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
The group will meet on the beautiful McNaughton-Morrison Trail every Thursday at 10:00 am, beginning July 16 and continuing through September. Each walk lasts approximately one hour.
